Individual Therapy

Intake: $200

55-minute session: $170

I am able to accept insurances for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Sentara, Aetna, United Healthcare. I am a Tricare non-participating provider and can provide a superbill for that or any other insurance. I also accept credit cards or HSA for self-pay clients. 

EMDR or Therapy Intensives 

Cost per hour: $125

Insurance does not cover these sessions that are typically longer than an hour. Must be scheduled in advance. I also accept credit cards or HSA for self-pay clients. 

Mental health and Executive functioning Coaching

Cost per hour: $100

Insurance does not cover these sessions that are typically longer than an hour. Must be scheduled in advance. I also accept credit cards or HSA for self-pay clients. Executive functionig coaching may be split into 2 30-minute sessions in the same week with advance notice.
